Having a continuous and successive period of time and space to spend on you and your life creates a totally different experience than is possible during a workshop or regular session.

Working with me on a One Day or Four Day Retreat are two ways you can spend more individual time exploring and focusing on you, your mind and body patterns and performance. 

You’ll have your own reasons for wanting to go on a Personal Retreat. Maybe its because your lifestyle doesn’t allow one or two sessions a week or you feel a more continuous and successive  period of time to work on where you find yourself and where you want to go works better for you?

Perhaps the extra continuous time and space appeals to make a breakthrough, manage a stressful period, take time out, overcome body image challenges, recover from an overwhelming event, explore something that’s been bothering you – maybe for years, improve your physical performance, rehab, career change, get over a break up…You get the idea? 

 A Day at the Seaside – 5 hours

Minster BeachThis is a new way of working with me that began in 2019. Rather than the daily rush of life the extra time and space of this day gives you the opportunity to be more relaxed and unhurried to explore where you find yourself and ways to achieve what you want to achieve in a trusting and welcoming space.  

This bespoke day includes mind and body work and it doesn’t matter if you are super athletic or a couch potato, feeling you need a nudge or a huge shove. This day, your day, is designed for you to get the most from it you can.    

The Process

To ensure your day works for you, details of your day and what you want to achieve and experience are discussed online at least a week before you arrive. Here’s a possible itinerary…

  • Start with a 90 minute Radical Coaching session at my home in Kent.
  • A Radical Coaching session walking along the beach or head into the countryside or a movement session at my home or on the beach or opt to go for a sea swim with me at the local Blue Flag beach. 60 minutes. 
  • A homemade vegetarian meal
  • Afternoon Radical Coaching Session including relaxation, loosening, reflection and action taking. 90 minutes. 
  • An email to follow up from your day
  • A 60 minute online coaching call a week after your trip

You are responsible for your own travel costs. You can be met from the local station or, if you decide to travel by car, there is on road parking.

Like all Radical Coaching, the 4 Day Retreat is a bespoke experience where we work together in relation to where you find yourself and what you want to achieve. 

Spending a large amount of quality time together gives you the opportunity tori really immerse yourself in your life and the possibilities of new ways of being and living. I’ll get to know you well.
