We are living through unprecedented times. Many of us are struggling to keep up with the changes we are being faced with.
It can feel that we are being controlled rather than in control of our lives. Feeling overwhelmed, anxious and stressed is beginning to feel like the new normal.
One way of reducing stress and helping you regain a sense of control in your life is having a sense of direction with habits to get you there.
Habits are our physical, mental and emotional patterns. They are the way we create and negotiate our lives. They give us a sense of control and empowerment. Most we perform automatically, without thinking. Some we want. Others, well, we’d rather do without.
If you want to change any of your habits, feel you are in control and boost your confidence this innovative and small group coaching is the place to begin. The sessions work for any area of your life as well – sports performance, work, fitness, health and well being, relationships, finances…
Every change begins with awareness followed by tiny, simple actions. The way you are thinking, feeling and acting is exactly the same. Changing even the seemingly most insignificant physical, mental or emotional habit can lead to remarkable, and often surprising, results.
The daily sessions set you up for the day, help you stay on track, boosts your well being, join a conversation, connect with others, share what’s working for you, lighten your mental, physical and emotional load and feel supported.
The process is simple. Effective solutions usually are.
- You use simple techniques to explore your habits and patterns about who you are, what you want and then make it happen.
- You set a mini-goal each week to work towards.
- Everything that is discussed stays within the group.
- The course includes ten online 19 minute small group sessions over two weeks.
- There’s a follow up session two weeks after you complete the 10 sessions to see how you’re doing and feeling.
- Each session begins at 8.00 am Monday to Friday with me plus one follow up sessions two weeks later. You have to attend all sessions.
- Everyone starts on the same day
- The sessions are hosted on Zoom. No special software is required.
- The cost is £77 for all 11 sessions. That’s £7 per day! If this is unaffordable get in touch and we can discuss options.
- Numbers are limited to 10 people.
- You can add a 1-2-1 session with me during the course at additional cost.
